Which browsers work best with Libraries Course Materials?
Libraries Course Materials works best with Chrome or Firefox. Functionality is available for Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari - however Safari may not work as consistently. More information on browsers is available on the Exlibris website.
Sometimes the Libraries Course Materials list doesn't display in my browser, what do I do?
Try clearing the cache of your browser or try viewing the list in another browser. Here are directions for how to clear the cache in popular browsers:
Using Safari with Cite It and Read and Respond Assignments
Instructors Only
Safari does not work as smoothly with Libraries Course Materials in particular when you are using some of the instructor functionality such as Cite It, Creating a Read and Respond Assignment, and adding links to items throughout your courses. There are a couple of settings you may adjust in Safari to improve the functionality. These settings have been recommended by the developer.
Safari Privacy Setting Adjustments:
- Turn off Cross Site Tracking (settings, privacy, uncheck "prevent cross site tracking"
- Disable "Block all Cookies" (uncheck block all cookies)
