Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology  Comprehensive, authoritative information about all things relative to chemical technology. The Engineering Library has the full 26 volume set as well as the two volume concise edition.

Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry This 28 volume source is also comprehensive in scope and very useful for research.
