ARCH Smart Start Canvas Guide: Home

Welcome to the UNL Libraries!

UNL's libraries provide a range of spaces, resources, and experts to support you throughout your time at UNL. Whether you're looking for information to use in a class assignment, need a place to collaborate with peers or study independently, want to use some specialized technology, or are looking for board games to enjoy downtime with friends, we're here to help with these and a wide variety of other needs. Not sure where to begin? Reach out to any of our experts directly, or messages us using our 24/7 chat service.

Getting Started with the UNL Libraries

The recently renovated Architecture Library has a browsable collection of current and relevant materials, as well as access to a myriad of online resources. For items not located at Architecture Library, you can request physical materials through the catalog and have them delivered to Architecture Hall (or any other branch library). If you need an item that UNL doesn't own, you can request it through Interlibrary Loan.

Media Services, on the 2nd floor of Love Library, has regular and large-format scanners, computers with audiovisual editing software, and equipment for checkout including: 3-D scanner, virtual reality gear, video cameras, microphones, projectors, and other audiovisual equipment.

You can check out laptops from HuskerTech in the Adele Coryell Hall Learning Commons on City Campus or the Dinsdale Family Learning Commons on East Campus.

The Libraries website also offers help with citing sources and avoiding plagiarism.
