The guide provides links to external resources of open science, open data, and related educational resources and initiatives. These resources were compiled and shared for your convenience, but almost all of them were not created or maintained by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln or UNL Libraries.
The concept of open science can be stated simply as science should be shared with others without restricting the information to those who can afford to pay. It does not imply that the author cedes copyright, but rather that they make their work publicly available.
