The first time you use this service, you will need to set up an Delivery/Interlibrary Loan account. Most journal articles can be obtained quickly (two business days or less) and free of charge. If the article can only be obtained for a charge, Interlibrary Loan staff will contact you to check if you still want the article ordered. Books can also be requested through Interlibrary Loan. Local (Lincoln area) students can choose which of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries to pick up their book at. Interlibrary Loan will mail books to students not living in the Lincoln area. However, students will need to pay for the return postage to Interlibrary Loan.
