Gather This Information First

Below is a list of information we suggest you gather prior to working on submitting requests to change the record of your name.

  • DOI, publication name, title of your work, and year of publication, and links if available for all publications being corrected.
  • Research ID, ORCID ID or other identifiers for the publisher such as author ID, Journal Referee Name/ID, or membership number.
  • Check for pictures, captions, email or mailing address including a form of the published name, and uses of pronouns that may need to be corrected so that you can submit all your corrections at once.
