Finding Articles on Business Topics

This guide will help students find articles and create links from library databases that can be easily accessed by UNL affiliates.

Full-Text Articles in Business Source Premier

From the search results list, click on an article title to view the full record, which has additional information about the article.

The full record contains the abstract or summary of the article's contents. Reading the abstract will help you decide if the article is related to your topic.

The icons in the article record  that say  'PDF Full Text' or 'HTML Full Text' indicate that the article is available directly through the  Business Source Complete database.  Click on either icon/link to view the article.  These icons also appear in the brief article listings on the results page:

.

Full-Text Articles in Other Library Databases

The articles whose records say 'Find This for Me' are not included in Business Source Complete itself--but the articles may still be available though another library database.  Click on the 'Check for delivery options' link and a pop-up window will appear:

The information in the pop-up will tell you whether the article is available through a different library database.

  • In this example, the article is available in the ScienceDirect Journals collection.
  • Click on that link under the 'Get it for Me' heading, and you will be taken to the article in the ScienceDirect Journals database.
