Print soil surveys are also housed at CYT Library on East Campus. To find them in the library catalog, search by keyword: soil survey [county name] or by subject: soil surveys -- [state name] - [county name].

Each state has a state soil, selected for its significance to the state. Nebraska's state soil is Holdrege soil.
