You can also use the "Select a Database" drop-down menu to search other databases within the Web of Science interface, including:

You can create a Web of Science account to save your search results by clicking "Sign In" in the top right corner of the screen.

You can access Journal Citation Reports to look up journal impact factors with the link near the top left of the screen.
