Open Science: Home

A guide to freely available science software, data discoverability and preservation resources, and publicly accessible publishing in science.

Overview

The guide provides an overview of open science, open data, and related educational resources and intitiatives.

The concept of open science can be stated simply as science should be shared with others without restricting the information to those who can afford to pay.  It does not imply that the author cedes copyright, but rather that they make their work publically available.
