Plat maps are available for research or purchase in several locations.

Official Sources for Lancaster County

For current sectional maps online: InterLinc [maps providedby Lancaster County Engineers] http://www.lincoln.ne.gov/city/plan/plat/tship.htm
For subdivision township maps: Lancaster County Register of Deeds (402) 441-7463 -- 555 South 10th St.
For overview and quarter section maps: Lincoln City Planning Dept. (402) 441-7491 – 555 South 10th St.

University Libraries: For numerous current and historical plat maps and books, search the catalog using a keyword search: plat and Nebraska and  [county name]

Lincoln City Libraries: For 19 items, most non-Lincoln maps are pre 1940, search the catalog using a title-keyword search.
