Numerous printed books and periodicals, archival materials, and special collections are held by the University Libraries. The Libraries also subscribe to numerous full content online resources. This guide includes highlights of the collections.

 Introduction:  This guide lists many primary resources in 19th century studies of interest to students and other researchers, as well as secondary and tertiary resources.  Some of these are only available through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries, whereas others are freely available on the Internet.  In addition, you can often acquire resources through Delivery & Interlibrary Loan.
